Because many of our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, the following refund policy applies:
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including downloadable materials, courses, workbooks, templates, and online content) are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Coaching & Consulting Services
Refunds for coaching or consulting services are not provided once a session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to billing errors must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Her Legacy Unchained reserves the right to review and approve refund requests at its sole discretion.
